Start with one customer and one racket.

1. Set up your workspace

   Create a Stringer account. Review Settings, your currency and venue details before entering prices. Free supports 20 customers, 20 saved rackets and one venue; Pro and Shop add capacity and tools.

2. Set up essential stock and pricing

   Open String Stock and add the strings you use. On Pro or Shop, check quantity, cost and selling-price settings. Start with a few familiar products and verify the values before adding the rest.

3. Add a customer and racket

   Open Customers, add a customer, then save their racket details. Check the model, string pattern and usual setup so the next job has a reliable starting point.

4. Create and complete a job

   Create a job for that customer and racket. Check strings, tensions, racket quantity, per-racket price and due time. When the work is finished, use Completed; record Paid separately when payment is received. Review any work ticket or label before printing.

5. Introduce the team

   On Shop, set up your stringers and agree how you will assign work and update job status. Walk through one handover together, including who records payment and checks outstanding jobs.
